Before leaving, please take trash to the outdoor containers, put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start a cycle, place used towels in the laundry area, put away pool toys and loungers, and make sure all exterior doors are closed and locked.

The AC is preset for your comfort. Please do not change the thermostat settings. If you’d like the temperature adjusted, message Kristin through Airbnb and she can make the change remotely.
All TVs are Smart TVs with popular streaming apps ready for you to sign in with your own accounts. Please remember to sign out before you leave.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, spices and condiments. The BBQ and utensils are ready to use, with a full propane tank and a replacement available. Please clean the grill and turn off the gas after use
Please use the designated parking areas and be considerate of our neighbors. Do not block neighboring driveways, sidewalks, or access areas
Trash pickup is Thursday morning and valet service is provided. Please place trash securely in the appropriate outdoor containers. There is no need to move the bins to the curb.
Please close and lock all exterior doors whenever you leave the house. Keep your house key with you during your stay. If you need any help, message Kristin through Airbnb.

Please clean up after cooking. After using the BBQ, turn off the gas, clean the grill and return the utensils. A replacement propane tank is available if needed.
TRASH & RECYCLING
Place trash securely in the outdoor containers and keep the area tidy. You do not need to take the bins to the curb — valet service handles Thursday pickup. Palm Springs also requires vacation-rental trash containers to be appropriately stored rather than left in public view. City of Palm Springs
